Who are we?
Cervecería Gibbons was originally incorporated in 2018 to create remarkable, delicious beers in the beautiful city of Guadalajara. However, thanks to COVID-19 and other unforseen circumstances, the brewery was put on hold and finally established in Colonia Moderna, one of the oldest neighborhoods of Guadalajara, then moved to Colonia Americana, one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world.
All of our beers are designed to give you a taste of the wonderful US state that was once part of México: California.
