Cervecería Gibbons was originally incorporated in 2018 to create remarkable, delicious beers in the beautiful city in Guadalajara. However, thanks to COVID-19 and other unforseen circumstances, the brewery was put on hold and finally established where it sits today, in Colonia Moderna, one of the oldest neighborhoods of Guadalajara -- in a house that's over 100 years old.

All of our beers are designed to give you a taste of the wonderful US state that was once part of México: California.
